Boat Cruises on the Mosel

The waves lap the bow of the boat as you slowly meander down the river, listening to the soft chug of the diesel motor while you sip a cool glass of Riesling at your table. What could be classier and more relaxing than a trip down the Mosel on an elegant ship of the white fleet? Head out on different round trips and excursions with a ship on the Mosel from the wine town Bernkastel-Kues waterfront. This classic component to every Mosel vacation must be part of your itinerary! Round trips, ballroom trips, day and half-day excursions or a ride in the soft evening light are some of the wonderful opportunities to get to know the Mosel - while you enjoy kicking back and relaxing at the same time.
Interesting excursions

Many interesting excursions are possible, too: you can drive from Bernkastel-Kues to Trier in about 40 minutes, after only 60 minutes you reach Burg Eltz, which seems to be a fairy tale castle - and only a few minutes away, there is the idyllic Kloster Machern, a former Cistercian nuns' abbey. Also Luxemburg and the Eifel region with its maars are only a stone's throw away! There is so much to discover. So we suggest: choose Bernkastel-Kues as your "home" during the holidays - and explore the surroundings from here!

Round trips daily from April through October - departure every hour on the hour (11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) from the Mosel marketplace.
Round Trips with the Panorama Tram
